After you have signed and executed your franchise agreement as a new VetCor business owner, you will receive instruction from the VetCor Training Academy, an accredited school approved by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
Operationally, VetCor is designed with the capability to service both residential and commercial customers. VetCor business owners provide six key service offerings that include water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke remediation, roof tarping, tree or debris removal and bio/trauma crime scene cleanup.
As a VetCor business owner, your customers may be residential or commercial. You’ll be following a proven business model and conducting business according to a detailed franchise operations manual. Each step of the VetCor customer service cycle has been systemized and structured to make your job a smooth operation.
As a VetCor business owner, your mission is to handle pre-arranged service calls and make onsite appointments. You’ll be providing water damage, mold removal services, and more. You will coordinate initial inspections, write up service contracts, coordinate with insurance companies, and provide remediation services as required to restore the assigned property to its original state. VetCor is all about helping our customers get back on their feet.
