VetCor CEO and President Paul Huszar was interviewed by Tampa Bay Business Journal Editor-In-Chief Alexis Muellner for the Executive Files series.
Muellner shared in a feature “why Paul is a big deal”:
Paul did 23 years of active duty military service that included commanding Joint Task Force Eagle during Operation Iraqi Freedom, a 1,000-plus force in northern and western Iraq. He did four combat tours in Iraq, a tour in Korea, and operational deployments to Thailand, Bolivia, Honduras, Panama and Haiti, a small part of a diverse military career. In 2013, he took control of VetCor, a restoration company focused on hiring veterans. This year, it was recognized as the Bright House Networks Startup of the Year in the Tampa Bay Region. His military life has shaped him. When he looks for something to solve, he goes through the aspects of battle command. He believes veterans come with a recipe for success.
